Want to make a return?
If for some reason you are unhappy with your order you can send it back to us at CHEATCODE Returns, Unit 15, Barclays Business Park, Brookfield Drive Aintree, Liverpool, United Kingdom, L9 7AU. Please make a note of the reason for return and let us know if you'd like an exchange or refund. Full return terms can be found below. Please note, only regualr priced items qualify for refunds, items on sale or clearance can not be refunded.

Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're sorry to hear that, however, simply return the item to us in its received condition within 28 days of receipt. 

If you wish to return products of a RETRO nature such as used games, consoles and tech you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. Due to the nature of these products they are judged on a case by case basis. Please explain the issue and we will establish wether you qualify for a refund or exchange.


Returned items MUST be in the condition they were received, in the case of games and consoles, photographs are taken of condition before shipping. Photographs of cases, manuals and discs and are archived for us to refer to whenever an order is placed. Any items must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will also be happy to exchange the item.

In the event that your order is damaged in transit please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Products received via signed delivery should be checked before being signed for. If the exterior packaging or the product is found to be damaged you must then sign "checked and found to be damaged". If you fail to do this we may not be able to offer a refund or replacement . In the case of damaged goods you must return, at your own expense, the damaged products and all packaging to us, we will then happily exchange your order and return to you free of charge.

Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 28 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.

Please also note we will refund an item if it is faulty, after a thorough check of the item. Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed.
